1. Order conditions

To place an order on www.mymoment.watch , you will need:

1.1 Complete the order form;

1.2 Unconditional acceptance of the terms of the sales contract and the conditions of use, including the collection and, where applicable, the use of personal data.

2. Payment

You can purchase Moment products presented on www.mymoment.watch, using the following payment methods:

2.1 By bank card - The order amount will be debited from your card on the day the products are shipped. www.mymoment.watch has taken all necessary measures for the security of your bank card transactions and all bank card holders are subject to validation checks. Cards accepted for payment are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD logos (including Maestro, if they have a CVV2/CVC2 code). If the transaction is not approved by your bank, the order will not be processed. No commission is charged for card transactions.

To ensure transaction security, www.mymoment.watch uses the PayU platform.
To complete the transaction correctly, you must provide the card code (all digits from the four groups on the front of the card, without spaces), the expiration date and the last three digits on the back of the card printed on the signature strip (depending on the card, they may be missing).
Regardless of the currency you have in your account, transactions are made in lei, at the bank's exchange rate.

Card data processing is done exclusively through the PayU platform. www.mymoment.watch does not request or store any details regarding your card.

2.2 Payment upon delivery of the order (cash on delivery).

The order is paid in cash to the courier company representative upon delivery of the package.

3. Choosing a payment method does not involve any commission.
