Refund policy

1.1 Right to Cancel an Order

You have the right to cancel your order under the conditions below:

If the online order has not been completed at checkout, you can cancel the process by using the back button in your browser.

1.2 Returns / Changes

In accordance with applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal applies only to individual consumers.

You have the right to return your order within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you received it, without having to provide a reason for returning the products. In this case, you will only pay the shipping costs for returning the products.

If the reason for the return is a product defect, non-conforming product, or delivery error, the return shipping costs will be covered by THE WATCH BRAND S.R.L. only through the courier agreed by us. If you choose another courier service, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. Returns that exceed this period will be refused. We recommend sending the return within maximum 5 days from receiving the order, to allow for transit time to THE WATCH BRAND S.R.L.

It is your responsibility to return the product in the same condition in which you received it, with the protective film still attached. You must also include a copy of the invoice and the fully completed return form in the parcel. Failure to meet these conditions may lead to THE WATCH BRAND S.R.L. rejecting the return request.

1.3 Return Conditions

The buyer has the right to notify the seller in writing that they withdraw from the online purchase, without penalties and without giving a reason, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receiving the product.

To return purchased products, you must follow the steps below:

1.3.1. If you wish to return an order, the first step is to contact us. After you write to us, we will provide all the details required for the return: contact@mymoment.watch.

1.3.2. The product must have the protective film still attached, be in its original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it, together with the tax invoice.

Returns are accepted in the following situations:

The product has manufacturing defects or does not match the order placed;

The parcel is returned exactly in the condition in which it was received.

Purchasing a watch is an assumed decision. The product is presented transparently on the website, and once purchased and delivered according to the description, it cannot be treated as an item for testing or temporary use.

1.3.3. The product must be accompanied by the fully completed return form.

1.3.4. The product return must take place within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date the parcel was received.

1.3.5. All returned products will be checked for quality and for compliance with the return conditions above.

1.3.6. We recommend carefully checking each product after receiving your order, including its condition and packaging, so you can notify us in good time of any non-conformities.

1.3.7. THE WATCH BRAND S.R.L. reserves the right to refuse the return if, following its own checks, the return does not meet the return conditions mentioned in this section and in the Cancellation and Return Policy.

1.4 Refund of Returned Products

For any return made in compliance with all the conditions detailed above, the value of the returned products will be refunded.

The refund for returned products will be made by THE WATCH BRAND S.R.L. within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receiving the return, by bank transfer.
