6. ORDERING PRODUCTS & CONSUMER PROTECTION

Orders placed through www.mymoment.watch constitute distance selling contracts and are governed by applicable electronic commerce and consumer protection legislation.

Orders may be placed by any individual who has the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the applicable laws, as well as by authorised representatives acting on behalf of legal entities.

THE WATCH BRAND S.R.L. reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders placed by individuals who do not have the legal capacity to enter into such agreements.

7. CANCELLATION & RETURNS

You have the right to return all or part of your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without providing a reason. In this case, you are responsible only for the return shipping costs.

If the return is the result of an error on our part, THE WATCH BRAND S.R.L. will cover the return shipping costs using the courier service designated by us.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must complete and submit the Return Form.

Returned products must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received, with the original packaging unopened where applicable and with all original product labels still attached. The parcel must also include the purchase receipt together with the completed Return Form.

Returns are accepted only when shipped via a recognised courier service and after prior approval from THE WATCH BRAND S.R.L.

In accordance with applicable legislation, refunds are processed within 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to return the products. However, we may delay the refund until we have received the returned products or until proof of shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first.

If the return is due to an error by THE WATCH BRAND S.R.L., we will arrange collection of the parcel from the address provided at no cost to you.

If the return is made for any other reason, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Where customers choose their own courier service, THE WATCH BRAND S.R.L. cannot guarantee the delivery time of the returned parcel.

Once the returned products have been received and inspected, we will process your request and notify you by email of the outcome.

If the return is approved, the full purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.

8. DISPUTES

Force Majeure

If we are unable to fulfil your order within the estimated delivery time due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, strikes or other force majeure events, we will notify you by email and inform you of the available options regarding your order.

THE WATCH BRAND S.R.L. cannot be held responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control but will make every reasonable effort to fulfil your order as quickly as possible.

If, upon delivery, you discover that one or more products are missing from your order, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, ship the missing items to you at no additional cost.
